Shipping and Deliveries
Shipping
We deliver to Cape Town and Surrounding areas only, Monday to Friday from 08h00 to 17h00 to both business and residential addresses. No deliveries on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday. ID may be requested upon delivery. We require a physical address and not a Post Box, as local deliveries are door to door. Please ensure all delivery details including the postal code are accurate, as you will be liable for all additional handling and shipping charges as a result of such errors.
Please also ensure that someone is available to sign for and receive your goods at the time of delivery. Although we monitor every purchase order to ensure your package is delivered timeously, it will be deemed that you as the purchaser assign without prejudice and without a proxy to a party other than yourself to sign for your goods at your specified and confirmed delivery address, should you be or not be present at time of delivery.
You accept that Xessories does not have to prove that you personally received the delivery of such goods. You agree that we would only be required to prove that someone, not necessarily yourself, signed for the goods at your specified and confirmed delivery address.

- Free Collection
- Door to door delivery (CPT and surrounds).
- PostNet2PostNet Collection to all provinces. (Parcel will be sent to the nearest PostNet as per your shipping address details.)

- Local Collection is free

- Door to Door delivery to Cape Town and Surrounds (within circled area):
Flat fee R60
- PostNet2PostNet Collection to all provinces. (Parcel will be sent to the nearest PostNet as per your shipping address details.)

How long will it take to get my delivery?
Once payment confirmation is received, the following times will apply:
- Collection – An email will be sent to notify you that collection is ready. Collection time by arrangement.
- Local courier – Ship next day availability dependent. (24-48 Hours)
- Postnet Collection – Ship next day availability dependent. ( 2 to 3 working days) Please allow 1 extra delivery day for outlying areas.
- Free shipping – 2-3 working days
Failed Delivery or Expired Collection
If we are unable to deliver your order, or you don’t collect within 7 days, we will cancel the order and return it to the warehouse. Once the items have been received back at the warehouse we’ll issue you with a refund.
Damaged delivery?
Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of delivery on support@xessories.co.za or call us on 071 677 9380 in the regrettable event that you receive a damaged product. We will do our best to have the damaged product collected and a new product delivered to you within 5 working days.
