Is it safe to use this website?
Yes, we ensure that your information is protected via ssl security certification, and secure payment gateway (Yoco). We will also not use any of your information for anything other than sending our newsletter and will not sell your information or make it available to any other party.
What shipping methods are available?
- Local Collection
- Door to Door delivery (Cape Town and surrounds).
- PostNet2PostNet Collection to all provinces. (Parcels will be sent to the nearest PostNet branch as per your shipping details.)

How long will it take to get my delivery?
Once payment confirmation is received the following times will apply:
- Collection: An email will be sent to notify you that collection is ready. Collection time to be arranged.
- Local courier : Ship next day, availability dependent. (24-48 Hours)
- PostNet Collection: Ship next day, availability dependent. ( 2-3 working days) Please allow for 1 extra day for outlying areas.
- Free shipping: 2-3 working days.
How do I place an order?
- Once you have chosen a product, click “Add to cart“
- In the right top corner select “Your cart”, to view or update contents. Then click on “Proceed to Check out”
- Existing clients can login or if you are new, simply “Proceed“
- Fill in “Billing/shipping details” and then click on “Next”
- Based on your Delivery Address , the available Shipping methods will apply. This window shows your cart totals. Choose your preferred “shipping method“.
- Click “Next” to move onto the Payment window.
- Fill out your card details in the “Yoco Payment Gateway” and click on “Pay”
- Confirmation will be sent via e-mail to inform you of your purchase made on this website.
- After a successful payment transaction, you will then receive a “Confirmation email” that your order has been received by Xessories.
- Once order has been Shipped and completed, you will receive notification and the invoice.
